1. No noxious or offensive activity shall be take place on or upon any portion of the residential property, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood. No Unit Owner shall make or permit any disturbing noises by oneself, his/her family members, servants, employees, agents, visitors or licensees, nor do or permit anything by such persons that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of the other Unit Owners.

2. Nothing shall he done in or kept in or on any unit or in or on the Common Elements or the Limited Elements which will increase the rate of insurance for the property, or which would result in the cancellation of insurance on the property.

3. No immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful use shall be made of the property or any part thereof, and all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction thereof shall be observed.

4. No Unit Owner shall obstruct any of the Common Elements nor shall any unit owners store anything in or upon any of the Common Elements without prior written approval of the Board of Directors. Providence Village TCA is private property. Only invited guests and residents are allowed. No loitering is permitted on Providence Village TCA Property.

5. Unit Owners are responsible for their guests while their guests are on Providence Village TCA property.

6. Unit owners who rent out their units are responsible for the actions of their tenants and their tenant's guests.
