Every home in Providence Village is assigned two parking spaces. These spaces are a privilege for unit owners in good standing with the association. A resident may only park in their unit's assigned parking spaces.

Parking privileges in the assigned spaces can and will be revoked if a unit owner is not current on their payments to the association. If parking is revoked, any vehicles parked in the respective spots will be towed at the owner's expense.

Vehicles parked in a visitor spot without a visitor pass will be towed at the owner's expense.
