Daily functions of the association are adminstered by our Community Manager, Michelle Rivera.

Your board of directors is comprised of unit owners who volunteer their time to serve the association and community. To ensure proper handling of your question/comment, all communication should go to our Community Manager, Michelle Rivera. Michelle will share your communication with the board, as appropriate. If you have a particular wish for the board to see your question/comment, please indicate such in your communication

Monthly Board Meetings

The affairs of the Condominium Association are governed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is composed of five (5) Unit Owners whose duties are to provide for the operation care, upkeep and maintenance of all of the property and services of the Association. The Board of Directors of Providence Village T.C.A. normally meets the third Wednesday of each month. The meetings begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the PVTCA onsite office, located at 183 Edinburgh Square, Sterling Virginia 20164. All homeowners and residents are invited to attend these meetings. There is an open forum at the beginning of each meeting for guests in attendance to address any issues with the Board. Once the open forum has concluded, the Board will then proceed to conduct their business. As necessary, the Board will enter into executive session, during which time any homeowners or residents in attendance will be asked to leave the meeting. Otherwise, homeowners and residents are welcome to observe the rest of the meeting if they wish.
